Receiving Your Order
Before shipping, we contact the customer to confirm the order, delivery address and contact details.
When receiving the product, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the completeness of the product. If the packaging has visible damage, the customer should inform the delivery service representative before accepting the order.
Important: For large-sized products, equipment and other products requiring special transportation conditions, the delivery method and cost are agreed individually.
